On or after August 9, 2018, features within the 'Clients' tab of your account will no longer be accessible. Export your data, including Contracts, Invoices, and Questionnaires, in advance as it will no longer be available. You can continue to manage your Inquiries and Bookings within Messages.
The 'Archive' folder will hold the inquiries that you've marked as either:
- Not a good fit
- Did not book
You can place any inquiry into the Archive folder by:
- Clicking on arrow icon to the right of an inquiry
- Clicking the 'Archive this Inquiry' link
- Choosing the appropriate reason from the drop-down list
- Clicking 'Yes'
