On or after August 9, 2018, features within the 'Clients' tab of your account will no longer be accessible. Export your data, including Contracts, Invoices, and Questionnaires, in advance as it will no longer be available. You can continue to manage your Inquiries and Bookings within Messages.
To check if you have successfully responded to a lead, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your WeddingWire account
- Hover over 'Clients' and select 'Inquiries'
- Click on the contact name of the lead
- Look under the 'Activity Feed' section
- This section houses all communication you've engaged in with this client, if email was sent directly through the account. Inquiries may still appear to be unread if you replied to the client directly within your own personal email account.
Please note that inquiries are ordered by date received, so your most recent inquiries will be at the top
