On or after August 9, 2018, features within the 'Clients' tab of your account will no longer be accessible. Export your data, including Contracts, Invoices, and Questionnaires, in advance as it will no longer be available. You can continue to manage your Inquiries and Bookings within Messages.
Within each client booking, you can see a summary of all activity associated with that client, including emails sent from the system (date and time stamped) within the 'Activity Feed'. However, we do not keep a record of each individual email within the system.
If you'd like to maintain this record, we encourage you to keep the 'Send me a copy' box within each email checked, so that a copy of each email is sent to your business address for you to file away.
