On or after August 9, 2018, features within the 'Clients' tab of your account will no longer be accessible. Export your data, including Contracts, Invoices, and Questionnaires, in advance as it will no longer be available. You can continue to manage your Inquiries and Bookings within Messages.
To manually add an inquiry from within your WeddingWire account:
- Under the 'Clients' tab select 'Inquiries'
- Select the 'Add New' button
- Fill in the pop-up as completely as possible, for your own reference
- Click 'Add'
- From this new inquiry page, you can now add appointments, tasks, notes, or send a questionnaire associated with this inquiry. You can also create a contract, move the inquiry directly to 'bookings,' email the client, or refer him/her to another pro in your network.
- To go back to your inquiries page, click the 'Back to Inquiries' link
