On or after August 9, 2018, features within the 'Clients' tab of your account will no longer be accessible. Export your data, including Contracts, Invoices, and Questionnaires, in advance as it will no longer be available. You can continue to manage your Inquiries and Bookings within Messages.
The Payments section allows you to easily send invoices, receive payments, and manage your payment schedule.
Send Invoices to Clients:
- Create an invoice for each of your client's events
- Publish each invoice to your client's individual password-protected Client Site
- Keep track of the invoices and their due dates
Record Each Payment:
- Record client payments for a specific event
- Enter in the payment amount, date it was received, and payment method
- Set and adjust payment schedule
Manage Your Payment Schedule:
- Review all of your upcoming payments and past payments
- Keep track of each client's payment schedule
- Quickly identify if any payments are overdue
