On or after August 9, 2018, features within the 'Clients' tab of your account will no longer be accessible. Export your data, including Contracts, Invoices, and Questionnaires, in advance as it will no longer be available. You can continue to manage your Inquiries and Bookings within Messages.
Invoices must be created from payment schedules, so if you have created a manual booking, find directions for creating your payment schedule here.
To create an invoice from within your WeddingWire account:
- Hover over the 'Clients' tab and select 'Bookings'
- Click the 'contact name'
- Scroll down to the 'Payment Schedule' tab
- Next to each scheduled payment, you will see a link to 'Create Invoice'
- Edit as needed and click 'Publish Invoice' when you are done
- If you do not want to send an email to your client notifying them that their invoice is available, click 'To skip, click here'
