On or after August 9, 2018, features within the 'Clients' tab of your account will no longer be accessible. Export your data, including Contracts, Invoices, and Questionnaires, in advance as it will no longer be available. You can continue to manage your Inquiries and Bookings within Messages.
You can export a full list of inquiries, bookings contracts, questionnaires and invoices within a specific time period directly to your email. To do this:
- Log into your WeddingWire account
- Under the 'Clients' tab, choose 'Export Data'
- Choose a 'Start Date' and an 'End Date' to control the amount of data you download
- Note that 'date' references the 'event date'
- Click 'Export Data'
- An email will be sent to you with all of the information in a zip file for you to save to your own computer
