On or after August 9, 2018, features within the 'Clients' tab of your account will no longer be accessible. Export your data, including Contracts, Invoices, and Questionnaires, in advance as it will no longer be available. You can continue to manage your Inquiries and Bookings within Messages.
To edit the questionnaire you send to a specific booking:
- Log in to your WeddingWire account
- Under the 'Clients' tab, select 'Bookings'
- Click the down arrow to the right of the appropriate booking
- Click 'Send a questionnaire for your client to fill out' under the 'Get the Details You Need' section
- Click 'New Custom Questionnaire' or select a questionnaire template
- Create your questionnaire if you selected 'New Custom Questionnaire'
- When finished click 'Publish to Client Site'
- You can then click 'Send Questionnaire' to have the questionnaire sent to the client for that particular booking
