On or after August 9, 2018, features within the 'Clients' tab of your account will no longer be accessible. Export your data, including Contracts, Invoices, and Questionnaires, in advance as it will no longer be available. You can continue to manage your Inquiries and Bookings within Messages.
To export a specific questionnaire from WeddingWire to your computer:
- Under the 'Clients' tab, select 'Bookings'
- Click on the name of your client
- Under the 'Client Questionnaire' section click 'View'
- Click the down arrow next to the 'Email Questionnaire' button and select 'Export Questionnaire'
- The questionnaire will be downloaded as CSV files that you can then open and save to your computer
