On or after August 9, 2018, features within the 'Clients' tab of your account will no longer be accessible. Export your data, including Contracts, Invoices, and Questionnaires, in advance as it will no longer be available. You can continue to manage your Inquiries and Bookings within Messages.
To export a specific contract from WeddingWire to your computer:
- Under the 'Clients' tab, select 'Bookings'
- Click on the name of your client
- If your client has signed their contract, and you have countersigned then under the 'Contract' section you can click 'View'
- Click the down arrow next to 'Email Contract' and select 'Download Contract'
- The invoice will be downloaded as a PDF file that you can then open and save to your computer
