On or after August 9, 2018, features within the 'Clients' tab of your account will no longer be accessible. Export your data, including Contracts, Invoices, and Questionnaires, in advance as it will no longer be available. You can continue to manage your Inquiries and Bookings within Messages.
To manually record a new payment, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your WeddingWire account
- Hover over the 'Clients' tab and click 'Payments'
- Choose the 'Record Payment' button
- Choose which booking this payment is fulfilling by clicking the appropriate event from the pop up box
- Fill in all fields as completely as possible (amount, date received, payment method) and adding notes to the 'Memo' section if necessary
- Click the 'Save' button
- Note: You can now see this payment recorded under the 'Payments Received' tab under 'Payments'
