On or after August 9, 2018, features within the 'Clients' tab of your account will no longer be accessible. Export your data, including Contracts, Invoices, and Questionnaires, in advance as it will no longer be available. You can continue to manage your Inquiries and Bookings within Messages.
If you receive the following error message when trying to connect your Authorize.net account in your Payment Settings
You have a field marked as required in Authorize.Net that WeddingWire does not require: Phone is required.
Please complete the following steps:
- - Log into your Authorize.net account directly
- Click 'Settings'
- Choose 'Payment Form'
- Click 'Form Fields'
- Make sure that the field mentioned in the error message is not checked as 'Required'
To ensure you do not receive any more error messages when connecting to Authorize.net:
- Make sure that no other fields are checked off as 'Required' except for:
- Credit Card #
- Expiration Date
- Security Code
- First Name
- Last Name
