On or after August 9, 2018, features within the 'Clients' tab of your account will no longer be accessible. Export your data, including Contracts, Invoices, and Questionnaires, in advance as it will no longer be available. You can continue to manage your Inquiries and Bookings within Messages.
To export a specific invoice from WeddingWire to your computer:
- Under the 'Clients' tab, select 'Bookings' (you can also use the 'Payments' section if that is easier for you!)
- Click on the name of your client
- Scroll down the page to 'Payment Schedule' and click on the invoice that you'd like to export
- Click the down arrow next to 'Email Invoice' and select 'Download Invoice'
The invoice will be downloaded as a CSV file that you can then open and save to your computer
