We always encourage vendors to post a response to any review they receive to share their own perspective of an event! To post a response to a review your business has received, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your vendor WeddingWire account
- Click 'Reviews' in the top toolbar
- Click ‘Reviews' in the left menu
- Click 'Reply' under the review you would like to post a public comment to
- Type your comment in the text box provided and then click 'Submit response’
- There is a 100-character minimum for responses
