When you receive a new review, you should receive an email sent to the email address associated with your account. If you did not receive an email, it is likely that your client may not have completed the review process.
If you want to check your Review Collector history and see the reviews you’ve gathered through it, just follow the steps below:
- Log in to your vendor WeddingWire account
- Click 'Reviews' in the top toolbar
- Click ‘Review Collector' in the left menu
- Scroll down to 'Review requests sent'
- In this section, you can view All (all requests), Replied (requests that resulted in a review), and Sent (requests that have not resulted in a review yet)
- From the Replied section, you can click ‘View Review’ under each user’s name to view the review they left for your business
