On or after August 9, 2018, features within the 'Clients' tab of your account will no longer be accessible. Export your data, including Contracts, Invoices, and Questionnaires, in advance as it will no longer be available. You can continue to manage your Inquiries and Bookings within Messages.
To update the password a client will use to access their Client Site:
- Log into your WeddingWire account
- Select 'Bookings' under the 'Clients' tab
- Click on the clients name
- Under the 'Client Site' heading you will see the Password listed
- Click 'Change' next to the Password listed
- The default password is the event date
- Update the password for your client in the 'Password' field, and add a 'Password Hint'
- Click 'Save' when you are done
