Add key business details to your WeddingWire Storefront! Our team of experts will review and update your Storefront content in order to improve your ranking across top search engines and help you convert our audience of engaged couples.
You can click the green ‘Complete your Storefront’ progress bar in the right side of your account to view the items needed to be considered a complete listing. If you’re missing any of these, you can click the tile visible on the Complete your Storefront page, or you can follow the steps below.
1) Add business contact information - Required
- Log into your account at www.WeddingPro.com
- Click the 'Storefront' tab
- Scroll down, and add your contact information in the text fields below ‘Contact information’
- Click ‘Save’
2) Provide a description of your business and services - Required
- Log into your account at www.WeddingPro.com
- Click the 'Storefront' tab
- Add your description in the text field below ‘Describe your business and services’
- Scroll down, click ‘Save’
- Please note, our content team will review and update your ‘About Us’ with a professionally written business description based on our content requirements.
3) Upload at least 8 high quality photos - Required
- Log into your account at www.WeddingPro.com
- Click the 'Storefront' tab
- Click 'Photos' in the left menu
- Click the ‘Add Photo’ button, or drag and drop the files to the photo icon in the center of the upload box (surrounded by the dotted line).
- Once the photos have finished uploading, you’ll need to add a description for each one, and all need to be at least 5 characters in length
- Scroll down, click ‘Save’
- Please note, our content team will review and update your photos based on our content requirements.
- The main image must be displayed in landscape orientation - *Exceptions: If you are unable to obtain a landscape oriented image (ex bakeries, dress shops and hair/makeup artists) you may use a vertical/portrait main image to better represent your services
4) Complete your FAQs - Required
- Log into your [WeddingWire only] account at www.WeddingPro.com
- Click the 'Storefront' tab
- Click ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ in the left menu
- Enter your information and click 'Save'
- Feel free to skip any questions that do not apply to your business/services
5) Add business address - Required
- Log into your account at www.WeddingPro.com
- Click the 'Storefront' tab
- Click ‘Location and map’ in the left menu
- Add your zip code and street address – the city/state field is locked in to what you entered upon signup
- If you need to change your city/state field, you’ll need to contact us at support@weddingpro.com
- Once you’ve entered your street address, click ‘Update Map’ to be sure it is mapping correctly
- If you’re having trouble with the map, you can also click and drag the pin to move it
6) Meet the Team - Not required
- Description: Help couples get to know your business as well as the personalities and experience behind it by introducing your team on your Storefront with Meet the Team.
- Photo: Make sure that this is a high quality group or individual photo.

7) Request at least 5 reviews - Not required
- Log in to your account at www.WeddingPro.com
- Click ‘Reviews’ in the top toolbar
- This takes you right to the ‘Review Collector’ page and tool
- Edit the message on the left if needed
- Enter your clients’ email addresses on the right in the ‘Recipient(s)’ box
- Once you’ve added a name/email, click Send
- Or, to add multiple recipients, once you’ve added one name/email, you can click ‘Add another person’ as many times as needed to add more names/emails. Click Send once you’ve finished.
8) Add a deal for potential clients - Not required
- Log in to your account [WeddingWire only] at www.WeddingPro.com
- Click ‘Storefront’ in the top toolbar
- Click ‘Deals’ in the left menu
- You can then choose to use the ‘Add a special discount for WeddingWire couples’ tool at the top of the page, where you simply select a percentage off your services.
- You can add a custom deal by clicking the teal ‘Add deal’ button
- Once you’ve filled in all the required information, click the ‘Post deal’ button to save
As long as your 'Complete your Storefront' meter is at about 60%-70%, we consider it complete! This is a tool to help vendors identify key sections within their account that should be updated on their account. We understand that not every question on the FAQ will be applicable to each vendor/business and that's okay! Just fill in what you do provide and leave the rest blank. This doesn't affect your visibility at all and is just a tool to help you keep you storefront updated with the most important information
