Call Tracking is a feature available to premium vendors and is designed to give you better insight into your leads and allow you to quickly connect with inquiring couples. By activating Call Tracking, you will:
- Receive a unique WeddingWire phone number to track your inbound calls within your account Analytics
- Get a text message notification when you receive a new WeddingWire lead
You can manage Call Tracking settings with the following steps:
- Login to your WeddingWire account
- Click ‘Storefront’ from the top toolbar
- Click ‘Call Tracking’ from the side toolbar
From this screen you can enable or disable Call Tracking for your listing by clicking the corresponding button.
