We actively work to prevent instances of fraudulent users and activity on our sites. Unfortunately, sites like ours can occasionally get targeted by scammers and we cannot prevent all instances of this from happening. 

If you do come across a spam lead, you can report it within your WeddingWire account’s inbox or by contacting our Support team at support@weddingpro.com to have that user flagged and potentially removed from our sites. Within your account’s inbox, you can mark a user as spam by clicking into the message thread and clicking on 'Block this user' at the bottom of the couples’ contact info modal. That will prevent the user from being able to contact you in the future, and helps us track the individual for additional spam risks. We also encourage you to delete the message and end any communication with this user right away.
