This feature is currently available in certain categories (Photographers, Videographers, Wedding Planners, Venues & Caterers). To set up your Availability feature on WeddingWire, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your WeddingWire account at www.WeddingPro.com
- Click the Storefront icon on the top navigation bar
- Click ‘Availability’ from the left side of the screen
- Locate the booking date from your calendar
- Click the blue plus icon that appears to the right of the date
- Input the requested event information in the pop up window and click ‘Save’
- The event will be added to your Availability calendar
By default, the Availability feature will have ‘Show Weekends Only’ active. If you want to see all the days you are open for events, beyond just weekend dates, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your WeddingWire account at www.WeddingPro.com
- Click the Storefront icon on the top navigation bar
- Click ‘Availability’ from the left side of the screen
- Click the checkmark box next to ‘Only display weekends’
If you would like to mark a date that you might normally be available as unavailable, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your WeddingWire account at www.WeddingPro.com
- Click the Storefront icon on the top navigation bar
- Click ‘Availability’ from the left side of the screen
- Use the year selector, and month tabs to locate the unavailable date
- Click the toggle on the right from ‘Yes’ Available to ‘No’ Unavailable
- That date will then be added to the Unavailable list and can be toggled back to ‘Available’ if needed
