How can I view my Storefront metrics for my Storefront on WeddingWire?
Head to your WeddingPro dashboard where, by default, you’ll be able to see summary data for your key Storefront metrics (leads, Storefront visitors, link clicks, Storefront saves, reviews), as well as a 12-month trailing view of leads received each month. You’ll be able to see these metrics across Storefronts on WeddingWire and The Knot, as applicable to you.
If I have multiple Storefronts on WeddingWire, how can I see Storefront-specific insights?
If you have multiple Storefronts on WeddingWire, visit the account each WeddingWire Storefront is associated with to review your performance using WeddingPro Insights.
Why can’t I filter by individual Storefront performance for WeddingWire in Insights like I can for The Knot?
Your accounts on The Knot and WeddingWire are set up differently, and WeddingPro Insights is set up to reflect your performance at a Storefront level. On The Knot, you can have multiple Storefronts, with unique content on each, that are all associated with the same account. This enables you to filter the performance for each The Knot Storefront on Insights within that single account.
On WeddingWire, if you have multiple Storefronts with the same content, they can all be associated with one account. In order to have multiple Storefronts with unique content, each Storefront needs to be associated with its own account. Each of your accounts will have its own Insights module, which will display the performance of each Storefront associated with that account.
How do I find WeddingPro Insights on the WeddingPro app?
WeddingPro Insights will initially be available in your WeddingPro dashboard on desktop and mobile web. In the WeddingPro app, you will see your Storefront metrics for your account on WeddingWire separately from your The Knot metrics, as applicable to your account.
Why doesn’t the data in WeddingPro Insights correspond to analytics within the WeddingWire Pro and The Knot Pro portals?
WeddingPro Insights allows us to provide you with consistent tracking and metrics across your Storefronts to give you better insight into your performance and activity. For this reason, the metrics tracked here might be different from the ones tracked in our legacy tools on WeddingWire Pro and The Knot Pro. As we continue building out our Insights tool, we hope to give you meaningful insights into the core metrics that matter to you.
