Over the coming months, we’ll be making updates to our backend billing system to better serve you. When your account transitions to the new system, you’ll access it via the Billing tab in the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of your WeddingPro dashboard. Moving forward, this will be your go-to place to sign contracts, view invoices, see transaction history and add payment methods.
To view your billing details, contracts, and invoices on WeddingWire and The Knot, head to your WeddingPro dashboard. From the drop-down menu in the top-right corner, select Billing.
If your page looks like the below, you have been transitioned to WeddingPro Billing. If your page does not look like the below image, you will transition to our new system over the coming months and should jump down for instructions on accessing your billing system.
This is how you will view contract and billing details for both WeddingWire and The Knot.
- To view contract details, click on the Contracts tab.
- To view or update billing Information, click on the Billing Information tab.
If your page looks like the below, your account has not yet been transitioned to the new system.
- To view your contract details, click on the Contracts tab.
- To view your billing information, select the Bills tab on the left and click on the blue View paid invoices button.
