You can respond to lead directly from your email inbox by following the steps below:
- Log into your email inbox (your email address should be the same as the one you use to log into your WeddingWire account)
- Click on the email sent from the client
- An example of a new lead subject line is: ‘New lead from John Doe’
- An example of a new message subject line is: ‘New message from John Doe’
- From here you can either:
- Respond directly to the client by clicking the reply button in your email interface
- Click the blue 'within your account’ link at the bottom of the email to respond by logging in to your account and going to Messages
- Your message response will always be sent to the client’s email address and be accessible in their WeddingWire account
- Your message response will also be reflected in your Messages in your WeddingWire account
