How do I become a Quick Responder on WeddingWire?
To be considered a Quick Responder, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Respond to at least 50% of your leads
- Send your initial replies within 24 hours, at least 50% of the time
All leads received in the past 6 months will be evaluated on a daily basis.
Where can couples and I see my Quick Responder tag?
Your Quick Responder tag will be visible on the inquiry form on your Storefront. Here’s what it will look like on your Storefront if you are eligible to receive it:
Do the eligibility rules apply to my Storefronts on The Knot and WeddingWire?
Yes, Storefronts on The Knot and WeddingWire have the same rules for Quick Responder eligibility. However, leads replied to on The Knot will be evaluated separately from leads replied to on WeddingWire.
This means you can earn the badge on either or both of your Storefronts!
Is there a way for me to check if I’m a Quick Responder in my account on WeddingWire?
We do not have a way for you to check your Quick Responder status in your account yet, but stay tuned–we’re working on it!
I think I should be a Quick Responder, but I don’t see the tag on my Storefront’s inquiry form!
Your Quick Responder status is reviewed and refreshed daily. If you believe you should be a Quick Responder but don’t see the tag on your Storefront’s inquiry form, check back tomorrow!
