To view the details and contact information for an inquiry:

• Log into your WeddingWire account at www.WeddingPro.com
• Click the ‘Messages’ tab
• In your main Inbox, locate the inquiry you’d like to view
• Click the user’s name to open their inquiry
• On the right side of the screen, you’ll see a box containing the user’s information they have provided which may include their name, the event date set in their account, phone number, and email address
• The message thread itself can be viewed in the main body of the page
• The date and time the inquiry were sent are visible at the top of the message thread
• Pro Tip: Strengthen your templates and respond faster with Smart fields that personalize messages by pulling in couple details like name and wedding date!
