To mark a client as booked within your account:

• Log into your WeddingWire account at www.WeddingPro.com
• Click the ‘Messages’ tab
• In your main Inbox, locate the client's inquiry
• Click the user’s name to open their inquiry thread
• On the right side of the screen, you’ll see a box containing the user’s information
• Within this box, there is a 'Booked' icon you can select if the user has booked your services – however, keep in mind that this 'Booked' status will show up in your client’s account as well!
• The 'Booked' icon will turn green once you’ve clicked it, showing it’s been successfully selected
