If you would like to learn how to respond to a message from within your WeddingWire account, just follow the steps below: 

• Log into your WeddingWire account at www.WeddingPro.com
• Click the ‘Messages’ tab
• In your main Inbox, locate the inquiry you’d like to view
• Click the user’s name to open their inquiry
• Type your message in the text box that appears at the top of the screen
• Click the blue 'Reply' button to send your message
• Your message response will be sent to the couple’s email address and they'll be able to see the response in their WeddingWire account
• Pro Tip: To speed things up when you’re on the go, we recommend turning your most common initial lead response message into an Auto-reply or Quick reply. Incorporate Smart fields and document attachments to help you craft better responses faster than ever!
